Auf dem Weg nach Westen, Richtung Etosha, übernachten wir im Movie-House, das 2002 als Kulisse für den Film „The Trail“ erbaut wurde. Es steht im Nirgendwo, wir sind die einzigen Gäste, denn nichts ist abschließbar und nur morgens und abends kommen Hafeni und Carla aus dem Dorf, um uns zu bekochen. Himmlische Ruhe, traumhafter Sternenhimmel und lediglich im Bett stören ab und zu die Fledermäuse, die um unsere Köpfe schwirren.
On the way west towards Etosha, we spend the night in the Movie House, which was built in 2002 as a backdrop for the movie „The Trail“. It is in the middle of nowhere, we are the only guests, because nothing is lockable and only in the morning and evening do Hafeni and Carla come from the village to cook for us. Heavenly peace, a dreamlike starry sky and only the occasional bat buzzing around our heads at night.
